A Life of Creation: Nicholas Bredimus
Ever taken note of how dramatically a genuine computing revolution has thoroughly redefined hospitality and air travel recently? The driving force behind this is New Jersey’s own Mr Nicholas Bredimus. His career highlights include time-saving software, air safety advancements, and he’s even involved in designing luxury houses. He brings astonishing drive to all these fields, too.
Looking at Mr Nicholas Bredimus‘ pedigree you can easily predict he was destined to achieve prominence. With roots back into ancient history, in fact Nicholas’ provenience connects to much of Europe. On his mother’s side he descends from Scottish and German origins. His father’s family, however, hailed from Luxembourg and England, which is where they eventually came to the U.S. from toward the end of the 19th century. That dauntless zeal would serve them well on arrival. Born one of seven siblings — four girls and three boys — Nicholas was blessed with a father who worked as a mechanical design engineer, and a mother who worked as a nurse. He would come to live in Texas, Kansas City, Arizona and a city called Reston in Virginia. He’s stepped up to the challenge of prominent jobs within firms throughout the airline sector — the majority of them huge brands. He became a VP with airlines like Republic Airlines, Hughes Airwest, and Trans World Airlines (TWA). A hard working software programmer, Nicholas’ designs for airline computer programs are probably his greatest legacy. Mr Bredimus is certainly most acclaimed for a US Airways request, designing aircraft management software, destined to become an “old reliable” for the purpose. He turned his creativity next to taking and recording reservations. For both hotels and air travel he designed software to offset most of the work required until this approach. He went on to produce system trademarked as QuikTix, an automatic ticket sales network.
Nicholas Bredimus has also taken on a number of roles entirely unconnected to software development, keep in mind. In his own company, as a Division Manager with American Express, and as the first president of an American Airlines division his career is impeccable. As you read this, though, Mr Bredimus has stepped back from his airline connections and from programming, but he’s still making the most of his inventiveness. Look for his work now at the forefront of building design — mixing the needs of quality with increasingly sophisticated technology and authentic ecological interests. Yet more proof (if any such proof were needed) of what a tireless zeal can do!
